Every item comes with a 90-day warranty (unless otherwise specified). Further details on warranty claims and policies for international returns are provided below. Please ensure we receive your return within 30 days of obtaining your Express Code (RMA Number) to avoid charges for replacement items, closure of the return request, and potential delays in processing your refund.

Wrong TV Part Returned
Each GoTVParts item has a unique identifier. If you mistakenly return the wrong part after receiving an RMA Number, we’ll contact you to coordinate the return of our TV part. Failure to establish contact within two weeks may impact the refund process, result in charges for replacement parts, and lead to the recycling of the returned TV part. Defective / Warranty Claims:
Every product is backed by a 90-day warranty, covering dead-on-arrival (DOA) and defective items. To validate your Warranty Claim, return the item within 30 days of obtaining your Express Code (RMA Number). Failure to do so may result in charges for replacement products.
For security and tracking, items have our unique identifier and/or serialized labels. The Warranty Claim process includes a visual inspection for these markings. If not found, the claim will be declined, and you will be notified. Please avoid tampering with or altering items and labels.
If your Warranty Claim is approved, a replacement item will be dispatched. If a compatible replacement is unavailable: If a part is returned without allowing GoTVParts to honor the warranty, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
Cancelation Policy:
Please be aware that cancellations may incur a fee. There will be a 20% charge for cancellations. For details on our cancellation policy and applicable fees, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact customer service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
For items without defects or damage, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. This charge includes the expense of your return shipping label and the costs incurred in reprocessing the item(s). Additionally, the original shipping and handling costs for your order are not reimbursed in the case of these returns.
