Extremely knowledgeable about my Samsung tv issue and directed me to the power board for my TV. Part was ordered and received in just under a week. Oscar even provided his cell phone number in case I needed assistance in replacing the power board. Will do business with them if ever needed again.

The gentleman asked me specific questions and troubleshot my issue over the phone within 5 minutes and made recommendations as to what needed to be done based on the symptoms. No help or answers provided. I almost gave up, but came across this company and gave them a call. The guy was AWESOME! He helped me diagnose for FREE and even suggested I take a picture of my cable and sent it to their service for more assistance.
