Warranty Information
Every item comes with a 90-day warranty (unless otherwise specified). To ensure a smooth process, please return the item within 30 days of obtaining your RMA number. Failure to do so may result in charges for replacement items, closure of the return request, and potential delays in processing your refund.

When placing an order, always use the manufacturer’s confirmed part number. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to guide and support you.


Defective / Warranty Claims
Every product is backed by a 90-day warranty, covering dead-on-arrival (DOA) and defective items. To validate your warranty claim, return the item within 30 days of obtaining your RMA number. 

If you receive a part that is suspected to be defective, you must allow us to honor our replacement warranty and send a replacement part. If a part is returned without allowing GoTVParts to honor our replacement warranty, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

Your return, whether suspected defective or not, must be shipped back in a box and properly packaged with bubble wrap to prevent damages from the return shipping.


Non-Defective Returns
For items returned without defects or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This includes the expense of the return shipping label and the costs associated with reprocessing the item(s). Please note that the original shipping and handling fees for your order are non-refundable for such returns.

Additionally, a 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) will be applied to all authorized returns of opened, non-defective items.


Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations may incur a fee. A 20% charge will apply for cancellations. For details on our cancellation policy and applicable fees, please refer to our terms and conditions or contact customer service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Wrong TV Part Returned
Each GoTVParts item has a unique identifier. If you mistakenly return the wrong part after receiving an RMA number, we will contact you to coordinate the return of our TV part. If contact is not established within two weeks, it may impact the refund process, result in charges for replacement parts, and lead to the recycling of the returned item.
