Warranty Information
All items come with a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts and other defects.
To ensure a smooth warranty process, please return the item within 30 days of receiving your RMA number.
Failure to do so may result in: Replacement charges, Closure of your return request, or Delays in processing your refund.

Defective / Warranty Claims
Replacement Policy:
We will honor our replacement warranty (if the part is available and in stock) and send you a replacement part when possible.
Return Policy for Defective Claims:
If you choose to return the item without allowing us the opportunity to provide a replacement first, the following conditions apply:
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost (including the cost of the return label).
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If a replacement is not available in stock, and the part is confirmed defective, GoTVParts will provide a full refund, including return shipping.
Packaging Requirements
All returns—whether defective or not—must be shipped back in a sturdy box and securely packaged with bubble wrap or adequate padding to prevent shipping damage.
Improperly packaged returns may be subject to additional fees or denial of the claim.
Non-Defective Returns
If you return an item that is not defective or damaged, the following will apply:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including the return label.

The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) will be applied to all authorized returns of opened, non-defective items.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Wrong Part Returned
Each item we ship has a unique identifier.
If you accidentally return the wrong part after receiving an RMA, we will contact you to arrange the return of our original part.
If we are unable to reach you within two weeks, this may:
- Delay your refund
- Result in charges for a replacement part
- Lead to the recycling of the returned item
