WHAT
WE REPAIR?
- Totally
dead TV; this can be caused by a bad power supply as well, but at least
for the M470NV model we’ve seen the main board being bad more often
than the power supply board - Front LED
stuck on yellow and TV not responding to anything or starting yellow
and fading down to nothing - The front
LED indicator blinking endlessly white to yellow, but the TV never
starting up - The front
LED blinking for a while and then stopping just as it should; when
powered on the TV would display the Vizio logo and either hang on it
for a long time or eventually shut itself off and possibly start
initializing again (start flashing the Vizio LED sign) - HDMI inputs
not working or loss of audio
There are multiple
issues that can be wrong with your TV, please make
sure your problem is consistent with above before purchasing.

PACKED WITH SUITABLE PACKING MATERIALS. CIRCUIT BOARDS ARE DELICATE.
BENDING AND FLEXING IS VERY BAD FOR A CIRCUIT BOARD. AN ENVELOPE IS NOT
SUITABLE PACKAGING FOR THE SHIPPING OF A CIRCUIT BOARD.

defective board. If your board can’t be
repaired, we will contact with you and do the refund ( no repairing
fee, pay return shipping fee only)

working order and not DOA. Warranty will be voided for any parts
damaged due to improper installation, setup or any other human error.
