DO NOT SHIP A CIRCUIT BOARD IN AN ENVELOPE!!! THE BOARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A SUITABLY STRONG CARDBOARD BOX PACKED WITH SUITABLE PACKING MATERIALS. CIRCUIT BOARDS ARE DELICATE. BENDING AND FLEXING ARE VERY BAD FOR A CIRCUIT BOARD. AN ENVELOPE IS NOT SUITABLE PACKAGING FOR THE SHIPPING OF A CIRCUIT BOARD.
REPAIR POLICY:
THE BOARD MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION WITHOUT ANY VISUAL DAMAGE AND WITHOUT ANY COMPONENTS ON THE BOARD MISSING OR BEING ALTERED.
In most cases, we can repair the defective board. If your board can’t be repaired, we will contact you and do the refund ( no repairing fee, pay return shipping fee only)
