What We Repair:
- TV repeatedly cycles through the Samsung Smart TV logo without stopping.
- TV constantly resets, showing the Samsung Smart TV logo without fully booting.
- TV resets continuously when an application (widget) is installed.
- TV resets approximately 2 minutes after being turned on.
- Issues arising after the installation of widgets and applications on the TV.
After replacing the NAND chip, the original settings (stored in SPI Flash) and firmware (stored in BGA Flash) will remain on the TV. You will need to reset the TV (by holding the EXIT button on the remote for an extended period) and upload the latest firmware (001027).

Important Shipping Instructions:
- Do not ship a circuit board in an envelope!
- The board must be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate packing materials. Circuit boards are delicate and can be easily damaged by bending or flexing. An envelope is not suitable packaging for shipping a circuit board.
Repair Policy:
- The board must be in good physical condition, with no visible damage and no missing or altered components.
