- Unsure which parts are bad? Disconnect the black cable from the main board to the power supply — if the backlight turns on, the power supply is OK (may not work for all models).
- Cannot repair HDMI, lightning issues, or physically damaged boards.
- Previously repaired boards: please provide details before purchase.

If the board arrives already in working condition, we will contact you for instructions.
If you wish to have the board returned as-is, a diagnostic fee of up to $25 will apply, along with return shipping. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Important Shipping Instructions:
- Do not ship a circuit board in an envelope!
- The board must be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate packing materials. Circuit boards are delicate and can be easily damaged by bending or flexing. An envelope is not suitable packaging for shipping a circuit board.
Repair Policy:
- The board must be in good physical condition, with no visible damage and no missing or altered components.
