IMPORTANT:
Do not send circuit boards in envelopes. Use a strong cardboard box and enough padding to protect the board. Circuit boards are delicate and can be damaged by bending or flexing. Envelopes are not safe for shipping boards.

The board must be in good condition, with no visible damage or missing parts.

We will try to fix your board. If it cannot be repaired, we will let you know and refund your money. You only pay for return shipping.

We guarantee all repaired boards work fully. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or handling.

Each board has a unique company mark. Boards returned without this mark will not be accepted.
TURNAROUND TIME:
If we receive your board Monday to Friday by noon EST, we will ship it back the next day if the repair is simple. More difficult repairs take 1–3 days. We will keep you updated.
