Do NOT ship circuit boards in envelopes.

Use a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient padding.

Boards are delicate and can be damaged by bending or flexing during transit.
Repair Policy

The board must be in repairable condition—no missing components or visible damage.

If your board cannot be repaired, we will notify you and issue a full refund (minus return shipping).

All repairs come with a functional guarantee, but the warranty does not cover improper installation or handling after return.

We mark each board with a unique identifier. Returns without this mark will not be accepted.
Turnaround Time

Boards received Monday–Friday by 12:00 PM EST will usually be repaired and shipped back the next business day for simple repairs.

More complex repairs may take 1–3 business days.
