Great service by Oscar from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable about my Samsung tv issue and directed me to the power board for my TV. Part was ordered and received in just under a week. Oscar even provided his cell phone number in case I needed assistance in replacing the power board. Will do business with them if ever needed again. Thanks Oscar!

They helped me find a more affordable alternative to a part I needed for a TV, even though they themselves did not have the part available. It's always good to find somewhere that will help you even when they can't sell you anything. I will look to them in the future for anything they may have in stock.

Got a lot of help from Oscar about a bad board. Professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Hard Tech Group to anyone without any reservations.

I called and spoke with Oscar and he was very professional and very knowledgable. Helped me to trouble shoot the problem with my TV over the phone and sold me parts for the very best price. Great selection on the website and and very easy to order parts. I will absolutely purchase from Hard Tech Group again.

The guy is really outstanding.... really helped me to figure out what the problem with my Samsung TV was. Plus he was more concerned with making repairs worth the cost of the TV.... Will definitely keep him in mind for future repairs

WOW!! I called Vizio, Viz Part, and a few other places needing u"nder the hood" help on my out-of-warranty TV. No help or answers provided. I almost gave up, but came across this company and gave them a call. The guy was AWESOME! He helped me diagnose for FREE and even suggested I take a picture of my cable and sent it to their service for more assistance.
