IMPORTANT: Please do not ship a circuit board in an envelope! The board must be shipped to us in a suitably strong cardboard box packed with suitable packing materials. Circuit boards are delicate, and bending or flexing can be very detrimental to them. An envelope is not suitable packaging for shipping a circuit board.
At ONTECH FORCE LLC, we are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. Any item received Monday through Friday by noon EST will ship the SAME DAY, but only if we determine it’s an easy repair for your defective board. If not, the repair may take 1-2 days. You will be notified of the progress!
WHAT WE REPAIR? We specialize in repairing the following issues:
- Stuck on Vizio logo
- The TV turns on and off, but there is no picture, no sound, and no backlight.
- HDMI ports do not work; only ‘No signal’ appears on the screen.
REPAIR POLICY: For us to proceed with the repair, the board must be in good physical condition without any visual damage and without any components on the board missing or being altered. In most cases, we can successfully repair the defective board. If your board cannot be repaired, we will contact you and initiate a refund (no repairing fee, you’ll only pay the return shipping fee).
All items we repair are guaranteed to be in 100% working order and not Dead On Arrival (DOA). Please note that the warranty will be voided for any parts damaged due to improper installation, setup, or any other human error. For security, all parts are marked with special company markings. Any defect or warranty claims will be inspected for our company markings. Parts returned without these markings will not be accepted, and you will be notified accordingly.
