We repair common failures on the Power Board. Symptoms include:

Fuse on Z-sus or Y-sus is open and measures O.L with a multimeter

Shorted out transistors on Z-sus or Y-sus

IMPORTANT:
DO NOT SHIP A CIRCUIT BOARD IN AN ENVELOPE!!! THE BOARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A SUITABLY STRONG CARDBOARD BOX PACKED WITH SUITABLE PACKING MATERIALS. CIRCUIT BOARDS ARE DELICATE. BENDING AND FLEXING ARE VERY BAD FOR A CIRCUIT BOARD. AN ENVELOPE IS NOT SUITABLE PACKAGING FOR THE SHIPPING OF A CIRCUIT BOARD.
We strive to fulfill your order ASAP. Any item received by Monday-Friday by noon EST will ship the SAME DAY! only if we find it easy to repair your defective board. If not, the repair time will take 1-2 days. You will be notified!
REPAIR POLICY:
THE BOARD MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION WITHOUT ANY VISUAL DAMAGE AND WITHOUT ANY COMPONENTS ON THE BOARD MISSING OR BEING ALTERED.
In most cases, we can repair the defective board. If your board can’t be repaired, we will contact you and do the refund ( no repairing fee, pay return shipping fee only)
All items we repair are guaranteed to be complete with a 100% working order and not DOA. Warranty will be voided for any parts damaged due to improper installation, setup, or any other human error. For security, all boards are marked with unique company markings. All defect/warranty claims will be inspected for our company markings, any parts returned missing these markings will not be accepted and you will be notified.
