Great service by Oscar from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable about my Samsung tv issue and directed me to the power board for my TV. Part was ordered and received in just under a week. WOW!! I called Vizio, Viz Part, and a few other places needing u"nder the hood" help on my out-of-warranty TV. No help or answers provided.
