We’ve found that replacement of the power supply remedies more than 90% of the below issues on this model:

TV has sound but no picture
TV will shut off after 5 minutes – 2 hours
TV turns on, audio works, but no audio

The screen-printed numbers on the board you receive may vary, but this board is compatible with all versions of E550i-B2 and E550i-B2E.

This board has a connector at location CN201 (some versions do not, but this connector is required in models E550i-B2 and E550i-B2E).

WOW!! I called Vizio, Viz Part, and a few other places needing u"nder the hood" help on my out-of-warranty TV. No help or answers provided.
